24HR Tyres is operated by Ryan Carolan, trading as 24HR Tyres, Ireland. We operate as a directory service that connects users with verified emergency tyre service providers across Ireland. We verify the 24/7 availability of listed services but do not provide tyre services directly.

Our platform provides two main services:

• For Users: Free directory access to find verified 24/7 emergency tyre services across Ireland
• For Service Providers: Paid listing subscription to be featured in our verified directory

When using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information when contacting service providers
• Respect the terms and conditions of individual service providers
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent our verification systems

24HR Tyres acts as an intermediary directory service. When you contact a service provider through our platform, you enter into a direct relationship with that provider. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or availability of their services.

We make reasonable efforts to verify the 24/7 availability of listed services through phone testing and review analysis. However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability or service quality. Service providers may change their operating hours or cease operations.

24HR Tyres provides information on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Service provider unavailability or poor service quality
• Pricing disputes between you and service providers
• Damages resulting from emergency situations or delays
• Inaccuracies in service provider information

For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999 first. Our service is designed for non-emergency tyre assistance. We recommend having multiple emergency contact options available.

The content, design, and functionality of this website are owned by 24HR Tyres. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Service providers may subscribe to be listed in our directory with the following terms:

• Monthly subscription: €50/month (billed monthly)
• 6-month subscription: €270 (€45/month, billed every 6 months)
• Annual subscription: €480 (€40/month, billed annually)

All prices include VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.

Provider subscriptions include:

• Listing on all county pages you service (if multiple counties)
• Featured placement on county landing pages
• Inclusion in "Find Nearest Provider" modal
• Phone number displayed prominently
• 24/7 verified badge (if applicable and verified)
• Priority placement in your service counties
• Link to your website (if you have one)

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked
• After 7 days: No refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing
• 6-month and annual plans: Pro-rated refund available only if cancelled within first 30 days
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Provider subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled:

• You can cancel anytime by contacting us at info@24hr-tyres.ie
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds after the refund period (except as specified above)
• Your listing will be removed when your subscription ends
• You will receive email reminders before renewal

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our authorized payment processor. Stripe handles all billing and payment collection in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe.
